We will respond within 30 days, as required by law.
Account and Profile Data: Full name, phone number (authentication), email (if provided), city, user role (Customer/Performer), specialties (for performers), profile information.
Usage and Technical Data: Device identifiers, push notification tokens, IP addresses, application usage data, log files, operating system and device information.
Content and Communication Data: Orders created, responses submitted, messages between users, reviews and ratings, transaction history (Tcoin usage).
We process your data based on: contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent, and vital interests. We use your data to provide and operate the Application, facilitate connections between customers and performers, process orders and transactions, send notifications, authenticate users, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers (cloud hosting, Firebase for push notifications, email services), when required by law, with your consent, or to protect rights. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
Your data may be processed on servers outside Israel. We implement appropriate safeguards. We retain account data while your account is active and for 7 years after deletion (legal/tax); transaction records 7 years; messages until account/chat deletion; technical logs up to 2 years.
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten" — via "Delete Profile" or by contacting us), restrict processing, data portability, object, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure password storage, access controls, and other technical and organizational measures. In the event of a high-risk personal data breach, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
The Application is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
